Board Chair
Building businesses, community, and a shared future.
Stephanie Irvine is an entrepreneur, business owner, real estate broker, builder, and community advocate with deep roots in the Pine Level community. Alongside her husband, Earl Irvine, Stephanie has built and grown multiple locally owned businesses while raising their family and investing in the community they call home.
Stephanie is the Owner and Qualifying Broker of The Irvine Group, LLC, a real estate and property management company she founded after becoming licensed in real estate in 2013. Throughout her career, she has overseen more than $73 million in closed real estate sales and manages a multimillion-dollar portfolio of residential and investment properties. She and Earl also own Irvine Holdings, their real estate investment company.
Stephanie is also an owner of Irvine Builders, an Alabama-licensed residential homebuilding company she and Earl built together. Irvine Builders specializes in custom homes, new construction, renovations, additions, roofing, repairs, and insurance restoration work. Based in the heart of Pine Level and within the town limits, their businesses reflect Stephanie and Earl’s commitment to investing not only in their own companies, but in the long-term growth of the community around them.
Stephanie was charged with helping create and organize the Pine Level Business & Community Association and now serves as its founding Board Chair. She has helped lead the development of the Association from the ground up—including its organizational structure, membership program, community partnerships, website, events, business outreach, and long-term vision.
Community involvement and creating traditions that bring people together have long been important to Stephanie. She created the annual Pine Level Hay Bale Decorating Competition and the annual Pine Level Christmas Decorating Competition, both designed to encourage local businesses, organizations, and residents to participate in building community spirit. In 2026, she introduced the Pine Level Scarecrow Stroll, a new fall tradition bringing together businesses, schools, churches, nonprofit organizations, families, and the community. She hopes to continue growing these events year after year and establishing traditions that Pine Level families and businesses can look forward to for generations.
Her goal for the PLBCA is to create a strong connection between local businesses, town leadership, schools, and residents while giving Pine Level businesses a unified voice and creating opportunities for meaningful community involvement.
In addition to her work in Pine Level, Stephanie has been involved with numerous civic, educational, and charitable organizations throughout Autauga County. She is a member of the Leadership Autauga County Class of 2026–2027, furthering her involvement in leadership development, community engagement, and the future of Autauga County. Stephanie is also a graduate of Judson College with a Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Arts and has professional experience in both the private and public sectors, including previous service with the State of Alabama.
At the center of Stephanie’s work is an entrepreneurial spirit and a belief that strong communities are built by people willing to invest their time, ideas, resources, and energy into the place they call home. Together, Stephanie and Earl have created businesses, invested in property, built homes, supported local organizations and events, and worked to help shape the future of Pine Level.
As Board Chair, Stephanie is proud to help establish an organization dedicated to ensuring that as Pine Level grows, its businesses and community grow together.
