Sandy Mayhan

Board Treasurer | Pine Level Business & Community Association

Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs

Board Treasurer

Bringing financial experience and a love for Pine Level to community service.

Sandy Mayhan is proud to have called Pine Level home for more than 20 years. She and her husband, Jason, have raised their son, Matthew, in the community and are proud to be part of a family that is actively involved in the town and its community events. Jason also serves the Town of Pine Level as a Town Councilman, further reflecting the Mayhan family’s commitment to the community they call home.

Sandy is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business. Her extensive background in business, accounting, and entrepreneurship has given her both the experience and perspective to understand the opportunities and challenges facing local businesses.

For 27 years, Sandy and her father owned and operated Wood Pecan Co. & Wood Farm Equipment in Montgomery. After many successful years serving their customers and community, the family recently sold the business. Sandy currently works as an accountant with the Alabama Department of Veterans Affairs, where she continues to put her financial and business experience to work.

As a longtime business owner and entrepreneur, Sandy has developed a deep appreciation for small businesses, strong communities, and the people behind them. She believes that when local businesses and residents work together, the entire community benefits.

As Treasurer of the Pine Level Business & Community Association, Sandy is excited to use her financial experience, business background, and love for Pine Level to help support the Association’s mission. She looks forward to helping strengthen relationships among local businesses, residents, and community leaders while contributing to the continued growth and success of Pine Level.
